Stephanie has been a massage therapist for over 30 years. Her massage career began in 1990 in Los Angeles, California and she has been dedicated to enriching her knowledge ever since. She has since practiced in California and  Minnesota, and has been practicing in Western New York since 2014.

Stephanie is trained in a variety of modalities and offer customized integrative massage sessions based on your needs. Some of these modalities include: Integrative Medical & Orthopedic Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial & Neuromuscular Massage; Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder); Lymphatic Cupping & Massage Cupping; Maintenance support following Complete Decongestive Therapy for Lymphedema; Pre and Post Surgical Massage; Abdominal Massage addressing digestive issues, adhesions, and endometriosis; Massage for those experiencing Chronic Pain and Illness; Relaxation & Swedish Massage; and Oncology Massage.

Stephanie seeks to help reduce stress, facilitate healing and to provide education and a nurturing, safe environment to allow you to decompress from the stressors of life, or to heal from injury and illness.
