It is with genuine honor and gratitude that I am joining the wellness collective at Phoenix Rising and Covell Chiropractic. In addition to a professional career teaching children with special needs and a Masters Degree in Education, I bring with me a life long immersion in holistic health and healing. For over 30 years I have been a practitioner of yoga and meditation studying in the US and India. I completed my certification as a yoga instructor in 2006 and for the last decade my focus has been on teaching meditation. I also hold a certificate of proficiency in classical homeopathy. This enthusiasm for the pursuit of wellness has recently led me to a month residency in Sedona Arizona where I concluded training as a Reiki Master Teacher. I am delighted to now share Reiki treatment empowering people to heal themselves. Your healing treatment experience will include a melding of my foundation in the yoga tradition along with the capacity for utilizing Reiki energy that has been bestowed on me. Together we will enhance your healing potential, increase your vitality, and restore balance on all levels of your being. What is Reiki Treatment like?

The practitioner channels energy holding their hands in a pattern above the person being treated. Some people experience a sensation of heat, a feeling of vibration or movement of energy, emotional release, deep relaxation and peacefulness that brings about rejuvenation. Reiki Treatments help to release energy blockages and detoxify the system in order to increase vibrational frequency, providing new vitality balancing, strengthening energy, and facilitating the body’s ability to heal itself.
